Changes in your Practice

It is important that you inform the TPD team of any changes in your practice that might impact on training, these include

1. Trainer on Sabbatical
2. Trainer on sick leave
3. Trainer on maternity leave
4. Trainer resigning from current practice
5. Trainer moving to new practice
6. Change of Practice Manager
7. Changes to premises
