Can I please remind you that you MUST inform us immediately of any of the following:
- Trainer on Sabbatical
- Trainer on sick leave
- Trainer on maternity leave
- Trainer resigning from current practice
- Trainer moving to new practice
- Change of Practice Manager
- Changes to premises
Unfortunately there have been several incidents recently where we have only found out the above information by accident. All of the above can impact on GP training and training capacity so it is vital that we are kept informed.
