Changes in your Practice

Please inform the tPD team immediately of any of the following:

1. Trainer on Sabbatical
2. Trainer on sick leave
3. Trainer on maternity leave
4. Trainer resigning from current practice
5. Trainer moving to new practice
6. Change of Practice Manager
7. Changes to premises

All of the above can impact on GP training and training capacity so it is vital that your tPDs are kept informed.
