10.00am-11.00am – Introduction Role of the CS, WBPAs, Less-than-full-time training and timetables

11.00am- 12.00pm – Planning placements – 

12.00pm-1pm – COT Calibration exercise

1pm – 2pm – Lunch

2pm- 3pm – TBC Lead employer presentation ‘The Role of the PM’
