Trainee Portfolio
The RCGP partnered with FourteenFish to create a portfolio for trainees with the aim of it being easier to use and saving time for both trainees and trainers.
The FourteenFish Trainee Portfolio is your central record of learning throughout GP training. It brings together your learning logs, workplace-based assessments, tutorials, educational activities and evidence of progression from both hospital and general practice placements. More than just a place to store evidence, the portfolio is designed to support your clinical and professional development, helping you reflect on your experiences, demonstrate your capabilities, and track your progress towards successful completion of training. Regular use of the portfolio will make Educational Supervisor Reviews (ESRs) and ARCP preparation much easier, while helping you identify your strengths and areas for further development.
There’s a mobile app so that you can record learning logs and review existing entries on the go, even if you don’t have an internet connection.
