Pastoral Care

The Profesional Support & Wellbeing Team aims to help promote trainee well-being and personal development by providing support and assistance in tackling obstacles or key transitions – professional or personal.

We understand how stressful and demanding working as a trainee doctor can be, as well as the effect events in our personal lives can have on us, which is why we feel offering a support service to Severn Postgraduate Medical Education trainees is crucial.

What we do

PSW offers a confidential, supportive 1-1 meeting with one of their experienced team to talk through your situation and come up with an action plan.

They are completely separate to your educational training.

They offer a range of support and work with you to develop a bespoke plan. For more information on how they can help you go to their website.
