Our trainers meet regularly online and come together face-to-face twice a year (including a residential at the opulent Cumberland lodge), building a strong, collaborative community. Training here is rewarding, enriching, and a lot of fun – whether you’re new to the role or have years of experience, you’ll be well supported every step of the way.
