There are two exams to sit during GP training – the AKT and RCA. They require preparation and should not be rushed. The AKT can be sat from ST2 onwards. The RCA can be sat in ST3 only. There is plenty of support to help with preparing for them but it is also encouraged to work with peers in preparing for them.
