Educational & Clinical Supervisor Approval Process
An Educational Supervisor (GP Trainer) is able to supervise all grades of GP STs 1-3, GP Retainer doctors and Foundation doctors.
Clinical Supervisors are able to supervise as above with the exception of GP ST3 doctors.

New Supervisors/New Practice
Once you have successfully completed a prospective ES or CS course with Severn Postgraduate Medical Education you need to contact Penny Bridges Somerset GP Programme Manager to arrange an approval visit by a member of the education team.
You will need to have completed the relevant application forms and email them along with any supporting evidence you wish to submit to the programme office
