Salford and Trafford GPST Programme
Trafford possesses a huge sporting culture and a fascinating collection of historical sites. Trafford is one of the more prosperous and affluent areas of Greater Manchester and is a lovely place to live.
Located close to Manchester City Centre with strong transport connections, trainees have easy access and can experience the city’s culture.
The Salford and Trafford GPST is a combined programme utilising both Salford Royal Hospital and Trafford General Hospital with outreach to St Mary’s Hospital and Royal Bolton Hospital for Obstetrics.
Salford has recently gone under huge redevelopment and has an impressive array of theatres and art galleries. There are also large numbers of newly developed residential areas which give an enjoyable personal life while working in here.
