Your trainee representatives have been selected to be your voice and liaise at Deanery meetings to discuss any educational and wellbeing issues. Coming from different backgrounds and having experienced a diverse set of challenges, we understand the difficulties faced by other trainees, especially parents, LTFT trainees, BAME members and new starters. We aim to be your advocates in communicating your issues and suggestions. We believe in being perceptive, open to new ideas and exploring new directions.
