Appraisal guide for ST3s
The aim in producing this is to provide you with a simple, easy, one page guide with one essential take home message.
Once you have qualified you will need to have an annual appraisal to remain on the performers list and to provide the evidence that should make revalidation a straight forward process.
As a local appraiser we come across recurrent issues newly qualified GP’s have that make the first appraisal difficult and stressful for you, and which are easily and simply rectified- this guide is an aim to make the appraisal process straightforward for you. I will update it periodically but for the most up to date information I recommend that all GP’s review the links below, and if you move to another area liaise with your local team.
