Starting off as a Psychiatry Trainee, I switched to GP training in 2009, training in both Bolton and Stockport. I have worked mainly in Stockport and was previously a partner for 6 years in this area. I am now a Portfolio GP, working as a GP headache specialist, locum and Appraiser, as well as TPD. In my spare time I enjoy football, tennis, golf and spending time with my family and friends. I completed my GP training locally in Tameside and then worked as a GP partner in Stockport for 6 years. I currently work as a GP and educational supervisor at Hyde PCN. I am passionate about supporting the learning and development of colleagues. I grew up nearby in Stockport and have done all of my postgraduate training in Tameside so I know the area and TGH well. Alongside my PCME role, I&#8217;m a salaried GP in Stalybridge and clinical debrief tutor for Manchester Medical School.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have two primary school aged children so spend a lot of time watching junior cricket, rugby and acrobatics. I am a salaried GP at Grosvenor Medical Centre in Stalybridge and the PCME for the GP ST3 trainees in T&amp;G. The ST3 year is a busy time for trainees as they prepare to qualify as GPs and plan their next steps, and it\u2019s a privilege to be part of the team supporting learning and development during this important year.
