This may include, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Moving house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changing email address or phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changing supervisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changing placement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changing from full time training to less than full time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking time out of programme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Going on maternity or paternity leave<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is <strong>essential<\/strong> we hear from you if any changes take place that may affect your training.
