Follow this up with an educator\u2019s note documenting your concerns and the outcome of the conversation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nhsblocks-panel1 nhsuk-panel is-style-panel-with-label\"><h3>Step 2<\/h3><div class=\"paneltext\">\n<p>Ongoing concerns, no or limited response to step 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inform you PD team.
