The panel includes representatives of GP education in the Oxford deanery, programme directors, trainers and a laypeople. During the panel meeting the team will look at your ePortfolio, check whether you have completed the required <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcgp.org.uk\/getmedia\/a348f568-3ed9-466d-967a-1df16cff200c\/WPBA-Requirements-Mandatory-Evidence-Summary-Sheet.pdf\">mandatory evidence<\/a> and whether you have passed any assessments like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcgp.org.uk\/mrcgp-exams\/applied-knowledge-test\">AKT<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcgp.org.uk\/mrcgp-exams\/simulated-consultation-assessment\">SCA<\/a>. They will also review the reports from your Clinical and Educational Supervisor(s) and assess the quality of your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcgp.org.uk\/mrcgp-exams\/wpba\/assessments\/learning-log\">reflective log entries<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The panel will then decide whether you have made satisfactory progress and are ready to proceed to the next year of training. Should the outcome not be satisfactory, you and your trainer will be called to a face-to-face meeting (actually held on-line!) with the panel during which the panel will decide whether you can proceed or whether they will recommend an extension to your current level of training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trainees who pass WPBA at final review and also have a pass in the AKT and CSA will be eligible to apply for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcgp.org.uk\/your-career\/qualifying-as-a-gp\/cct-guidance#applyingcct\">certificate of completion of training (CCT)<\/a>, inclusion in the General Medical Council\u2019s GP Register and membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. The CCT is issued by PMETB and only with this certificate will the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmc-uk.org\/registration-and-licensing\/join-our-registers\/applying-for-specialist-or-gp-registration\">GMC allow you to go onto their GP register<\/a>.
