It focuses on communication, clinical skills and attitudes and enables feedback in real time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can ask your clinical supervisor, consultants, staff grades, or registrars to complete this assessment for you. Ideally each mini CEX should be with a different observer and you should aim to cover a range of different problems with your mini CEX\u2019s throughout the year.
