{"id":2040,"date":"2021-04-20T10:59:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-20T09:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gp-training.hee.nhs.uk\/portsmouth\/?page_id=2040"},"modified":"2026-07-08T10:56:20","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T09:56:20","slug":"the-new-rcgp-e-porfolio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gp-training.hee.nhs.uk\/portsmouth\/current-trainees\/the-new-rcgp-e-porfolio\/","title":{"rendered":"RCGP Portfolio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-nhsblocks-panel1 nhsuk-panel is-style-panel-with-label\"><h3>Trainee Portfolio<\/h3><div class=\"paneltext\">\n<p>The RCGP partnered with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourteenfish.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FourteenFish<\/a>&nbsp;to create a portfolio for trainees with the aim of it being easier to use and saving time for both trainees and trainers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FourteenFish Trainee Portfolio is your central record of learning throughout GP training. It brings together your learning logs, workplace-based assessments, tutorials, educational activities and evidence of progression from both hospital and general practice placements. More than just a place to store evidence, the portfolio is designed to support your clinical and professional development, helping you reflect on your experiences, demonstrate your capabilities, and track your progress towards successful completion of training.
