You will receive correspondence to this effect at the start of each claim period from the\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cpd.kss@hee.nhs.uk\">CPD Team.<\/a>   <\/p><p>The overlap process should be followed when claiming for the Trainer Grant if:<\/p><p>one GP Supervisor has two doctors in training concurrently for three months or longer<\/p><p>or one GP Supervisor has three doctors in training for any period of time.<\/p><p>Both of these include GPSTs, FY2s and I&amp;R doctors.
