First day? Here is a checklist to get you started. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. As an employee of the Royal Surrey Foundation Trust please ensure that you complete the HR onboarding process<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Ensure that your GMC details are up to date. We recommend that you pay by direct debit. Ensure that you link KSS as your responsible officer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Get in touch with your GP practice educational supervisor (and schedule some days at the practice if you are on a hospital post (one day for each 4 months)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Register with the RCGP<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Activate your Fourteen Fish trainee ePortfolio (full guide here<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Sign up for medical indeminity cover (trainees receive free cover through MPS here<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Complete the Royal Surrey statutory and mandatory training modules on My Learning <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Familiarise yourself with the concept and skill of writing reflective log entries: RCGP<\/a> and KSS guide <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Get familiar with the Fourteen Fish ePortfolio by accessing the RCGP walkthrough<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Also familiarise yourself with the jargon of workplace based assessments (WPBA)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
