We monitor attendance and all resident doctors are expected to attend at least 70% of their sessions. This allows for sessions that you cannot attend due to annual leave, study leave, illness, time off after night-shifts etc. Figures are proportionally reduced for trainees who are working LTFT and this is taken into account when calculating your attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you attend less than 70% of teaching sessions then your ES will be notified and an Educators Note will be added to your eportfolio. We appreciate that a variety of issues can affect your attendance.
