There is a traffic light system for <a href=\"https:\/\/gp-training.hee.nhs.uk\/bucks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/95\/2024\/04\/HEE-TV-New-Study-Leave-Policy-oct-2021.pdf\">study leave approval<\/a>. Study Leave application to be signed by Educational Supervisor and Programme Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exam preparation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No study leave for this per se, exam preparation is something that should happen alongside Training time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sick leave<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notify SLE, employer, First Care, and <a href=\"nilam.prashar@nhs.net\">Nilam<\/a>. Attach VTS Absence form to email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TOOT \u2013 anything over 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All TOOT to be declared on R Form every year for ARCP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OOH Guidance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No set time. However need to tick off all capabilities and clinical experience groups per year and OOH can bring in experiences not available in placement (for example someone doing Gynae and Psych may not have Paeds exposure that year, so OOH can bring in that experience). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some OOH evidence needed each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BH guidance <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please directly check with SLE <a href=\"Lead.employer@sthk.nhs.uk\">via email<\/a> for latest. (If you get a bounce back email \u2013 it is because the addresses keep changing from time to time!
