The practices cover most of Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross and a number of outlying villages. The area is suburban and semi rural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an ST2 you will start with a two week induction period. When you start seeing patients it is initially with 30 minute appointments. There is always a GP (usually your trainer) allocated to cover you for queries. There is a daily debrief of the patients you have seen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be encouraged to take part in the practice nurses chronic disease management clinics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a weekly tutorial \u2013 including time for WBPA to meet eportfolio requirements.
