Doctors in Training<\/h1>

Following graduation from medical school, trainee doctors join a Trust Teaching Hospital on the two year Foundation Programme. On completion of this Programme, trainees will then choose to continue their training in a departmental specialty within the hospital, or train out in the community as a General Specialty Trainee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
